Randco Tanks is a small OEM of Water Tank Systems (i.e. Water Trucks, Fire Trailers, Water Trailers, etc.). We manufacture multiple Tank Models to best serve the different applications there are, as well as a parts department that serves those customers whether they have a Randco Tank or not. We've worked hard to create a team culture that in turn feels more like a family (it helps that we are a family business) with a push for excellence as our products are sold to Local and National customers. Our team consists of Painters, Paint Prep, Fabricators, Assembly Technicians, Sales Team, Shipping/Receiving and more, so there are multiple starting points that all have the opportunity to grow into more skilled positions. Some of our common positions are Welders (MiG, Plasma Cutting, Grinding), Paint & Prep (Paint Cans, Gravity Gun, Pressure Pot, Airless System, Sanding, Grinding), and Assembly Technicians (12v Electrical, Pneumatics, Water Plumbing, Hydraulics, Mechanical work). Our main goal is for the individual to have a background in working with 12v Electrical, Pneumatics, Water Plumbing and/or Hydraulics as well as general mechanical skills (worked on cars/engines, can operate standard tools, troubleshooting, etc.) Skills with 12v Wiring is preferable, Hydraulics is not required but a bonus. Both installation and troubleshooting skills are required.

The requirements for this position is to have an individual that is a great communicator, has great working pace, willing to learn with quick self sufficiency after being trained on a task, and can complete tasks in a timely manner.

Some of the tasks are:

• Electrical: Create and Install wire harnesses or just a few wires in the tank or truck system. Troubleshoot issues when trying to connect to older wiring (i.e. customer truck wiring)
• Pneumatics: Create and Install pneumatic tubing from controls to valves.
• Plumbing: Install steel/stainless steel water plumbing that has been pre-fabricated. Typically with normal tools (wrenches/sockets) and has connections like Threads and Grooved connections.
• Hydraulics: Create hydraulic lines, install hydraulic motors/pumps and mount to the Water Pump/PTO.
• PTO: Install PTO in truck, measure and make Driveline.

Some items you may need to be proficient in, have knowledge of, or may need to learn are:

• Tablet Clock In/Out
• Standard Tools: Multimeter, Wrenches, Sockets, Drills, Impact Drivers, etc
