Key Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases from intake to final resolution, including litigation and mediation.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and advocate for clients navigating complex family legal matters.
• Work both remotely and in person for court hearings, mediations, and client consultations as needed.
• Help build and solidify Ramos Law Group’s reputation in Dallas.
• Duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of recent family law experience.
• Licensed to practice in Texas.
• Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and client relations skills.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and case management abilities.
• A self-starter with the ability to operate independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary (Based on experience).

• Quarterly performance-based bonus - 10% of base salary paid out in quarterly installments.
• 10% of revenue from personally sourced clients.
• Hybrid work structure (Dallas-based, with in-office requirements for key client and court interactions).
• PTO starts at 10 days and increases with tenure, offering more vacation time the longer you’re with the firm.
• Paid training (5-10 days per year, including Advanced Family Law Course).
