Our group provides empirically-supported Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention. We are looking for a therapist to work with children and families who are struggling with anxiety and/or mood-related challenges.

Are you passionate about supporting children and teens through their mental health challenges? Raising Brave Kids is seeking a dedicated Child & Teen Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapy services to individuals and families facing anxiety and mood-related challenges using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention.

Responsibilities


  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for children and teens experiencing anxiety and mood-related challenges.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements


  • 2+ years of clinical experience.
  • Masters degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical social work or doctoral degree in psychology.
  • Licensed or license-eligible as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist in the State of Oregon.
  • Experience working with children and teens in a clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
  • Familiarity with providing exposure therapy or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • have a compassionate and genuine approach to therapy

Preferred Experience and Training


  • Specialized training & experience treating anxiety disorders/OCD

**Hourly Compensation** $50-70/hour (based on experience)
