Absolute Pest Management is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven, hands-on Wildlife Control Technician who takes pride in solving problems and doing real work that matters.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect homes and businesses for wildlife activity and entry points
• Trap, remove, and control nuisance wildlife (raccoons, squirrels, bats, opossums, birds, etc.)
• Perform exclusion work (sealing, repairs, prevention) to keep animals out for good
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and other tight areas
• Educate customers and provide clear, confident solutions
• Keep detailed service records and maintain equipment
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines

💪 What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic—you show up ready to work, not be managed
• Comfortable with physical labor, heights, tight spaces, and getting dirty
• Problem-solver mindset (not afraid to figure things out)
• Good communicator—you’ll be face-to-face with customers daily
• Reliable and accountable—we depend on you
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• $39,000 – $80,000+ per year (base + performance incentives)
