What You'll Do

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community outreach
• Conduct residential and commercial property inspections
• Identify pest control needs and recommend customized treatment plans
• Present solutions and close sales with confidence and professionalism
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Represent Absolute Pest Management with integrity and exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred (outside sales, door-to-door, B2B, home services, or related industries)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated by performance-based earnings
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Pest control experience is helpful but not required—we provide training
