What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
- Schedule and confirm residential and commercial service appointments
- Help customers understand our services, pricing, and scheduling options
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
- Support field technicians with scheduling updates and urgent customer needs
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure complete satisfaction
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry and customer interactions
What We're Looking For
Customer Service Superstar
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, reception, or administrative support
- Pest control industry experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
Tech-Savvy & Adaptable
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Quick learner who embraces new technology
Great Communicator
- Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with customers
- Strong written communication skills
