What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
• Schedule and confirm residential and commercial service appointments
• Help customers understand our services, pricing, and scheduling options
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
• Support field technicians with scheduling updates and urgent customer needs
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure complete satisfaction
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry and customer interactions

What We're Looking For

Customer Service Superstar

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, reception, or administrative support
• Pest control industry experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person

Tech-Savvy & Adaptable

• Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Quick learner who embraces new technology

• Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with customers
• Strong written communication skills
