JOB TITLE: Customer Support Specialist

JOB TYPE: Full-Time (including 2 Saturdays a month)

LOCATION: Buda, Tx

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and be the friendly voice our customers rely on.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments for residential and commercial customers
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy, urgency, and problem-solving skills
  • Process payments and update customer records in our system
  • Support field technicians with scheduling changes and urgent customer needs
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in data entry



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer Service Pro: At least 1 year of experience in a CSR, call center, or administrative role (pest control industry experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • People Person: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem Solver: Can think on your feet, stay calm under pressure, and resolve issues quickly
  • Team Player: Works well with others and supports the team’s success
  • Organized: Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

SALARY: $17 - 20.00 per hour plus commission
