Lead the design and scaling of Radical Health's community-centered healthcare navigation programs rooted in restorative practices. You'll build and manage Circle programs, train facilitators, bridge community needs with technology, and demonstrate impact through data collection and reporting for funders and stakeholders. This contract-to-hire role ($3k-4k/month + equity) is perfect for an experienced program builder who can balance community-centered work with the strategic reporting needed to sustain and grow our mission.

We're looking for a bold, creative, values-aligned leader to build and scale our community and program strategy grounded in restorative practices in health. This role requires 3-5 years of program management experience and deep understanding of how restorative justice principles can transform healthcare experiences.
You'll design and lead our circle programs that use restorative practices to create healing-centered healthcare navigation, build community connections, and address systemic health inequities. You'll bridge the human and the digital, honoring community needs and culture while leveraging technology to scale our restorative approach and expand access.
