We're a NYC-based health tech company that helps New Yorkers navigate our complex healthcare system through community support circles rooted in restorative practices. We also train the next generation of healthcare workers and help reduce burnout for current providers.

We've led thousands of conversations around health justice, distributed critical tools like Narcan, and empowered communities to navigate healthcare with confidence and care. We're building a future where connection, conversation, culture, and restorative practices shape better health outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a bold, creative, values-aligned leader to build and scale our community and program strategy grounded in restorative practices in health. This role requires 3-5 years of program management experience and deep understanding of how restorative justice principles can transform healthcare experiences.

You'll design and lead our circle programs that use restorative practices to create healing-centered healthcare navigation, build community connections, and address systemic health inequities. You'll bridge the human and the digital, honoring community needs and culture while leveraging technology to scale our restorative approach and expand access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of our Circle programs using restorative practices in health, creating spaces where communities can heal together while navigating healthcare
• Integrate restorative justice principles into all programming, ensuring our approach centers healing, accountability, and collective care
• Train facilitators and community members in restorative practices for healthcare settings
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure our digital platform supports restorative approaches to health
• Develop data collection systems that honor community privacy while demonstrating program impact
• Manage funder relationships, including grant reporting, site visits, and ongoing communication
• Create compelling reports and presentations that tell the story of community transformation through data
• Collaborate with CEO on fundraising strategy and proposal development
• Build partnerships with organizations doing restorative justice work in health and community settings
• Develop community-driven content, programming, and events.
• Own program outcomes, reporting, and growth strategy.
• Collaborate with our founder to shape the future of Radical Health.

We’re especially excited to meet people who:

• Have experience with restorative justice, transformative justice, or healing justice practices
• Understand how to apply restorative practices in healthcare or community health settings
• Have lived experience navigating healthcare systems and inequities
• Come from organizing, public health, creative, or community-building backgrounds

Compensation:

$3,000 - $4,000/month contract position with contract-to-hire opportunity We're open to creative structures including equity participation, performance-based increases, and pathways to full-time employment with benefits. We believe in growing together and are flexible on compensation models that work for the right candidate.

About This Role:
