Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Radiant Minds ABA

Radiant Minds ABA is looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to lead, grow, and make a meaningful impact. We are seeking motivated RBTs who are leaders, team players, and excited to join a supportive, family-focused team dedicated to helping children reach their full potential.

Position Overview:

The RBT will implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change in a structured and engaging clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and record accurate data during therapy sessions
• Maintain professional and compliant documentation
• Contribute to a positive, engaging, and motivating clinic environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Current, valid CPR/BLS certification
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management strategies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, reliable, compassionate, and eager to lead by example
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a clinic setting
