Radiant Minds ABA is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our supportive team. You’ll create individualized treatment plans, mentor RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure top-quality ABA services for children on the Autism spectrum.

Radiant Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team and help children on the Autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our clients, their families, and our team members.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs and other team members.
  • Monitor client progress, assess outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency in care and provide parent training.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work culture by participating in team-building activities and professional development.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

$75,000 - $95,000 per year
