Radiant Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team and help children on the Autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our clients, their families, and our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs and other team members.
- Monitor client progress, assess outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency in care and provide parent training.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work culture by participating in team-building activities and professional development.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
