Essential Functions:

• Primary oversight and responsibility for technical delivery of client solutions and internal initiatives related to technical architecture
• Maintain an initial utilization percentage of 60%
• Identifies, defines and translates company vision and goals and turns them into operationally efficient and high value technical services delivery 
• Assist VP Operations with the mapping of team capabilities to project pipelines, identifying skill gaps and orchestrating necessary training or certifications
• Lead and engage in client meetings, lead the design, configuration and implementation tailored to individual client needs  
• Provide insights and oversight for recommended technical solutions to accomplish business requirements
• Conduct necessary market research to present and deliver on best-of-class solutions
• Provide strategic and practical solutions to client problems and present findings to client and internal teams in concise and clear manner
• Lead code reviews and sign off on architecture designs for all technical resources
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery solution architects on development and delivery of RC Apps
• Leading the effort for IP development, establishing leading practices for solution maintenance, improvement, and standardizing deployment of solutions to client environments
• Leading integration strategies, establishing best practices for integrations by industry and integration tools (NSIP, Celigo, NetSuite Connector, and more)
• Establishing key relationships with technical partners and solutions 
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery solution architects on new NetSuite implementation or optimization projects
• Actively listens, captures client feedback and solves problems that lead to designing and creating new solutions for our clients
• Mentor and collaborate with technical consultants to design and test custom solutions
• Build, deliver, and maintain technical practice initiatives based on Racette leadership vision & guidance
• Represent Racette in a a professional manner and be the final escalation for critical technical blockages or performance bottlenecks
• All other duties as assigned by the Manager

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of consultants to accomplish and meet project deadlines
• Expert level experience with all core business processes in line with implementation methodology: Order to Cash, Finance and Accounting, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Fixed Assets, EDI Projects, Outsourced Manufacturing
• Ability to stay abreast to emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven automation tools, new iPaaS frameworks) for the benefit of both Racette internal operations and client technical delivery
• Ability to establish new flows and connections with Celigo, Boomi, Workato, NetSuite Integration Platform, NetSuite Connector, or other middleware platforms
• Experience implementing/supporting NetSuite in Retail/ Warehouse Distribution /Manufacturing and other product-based verticals
• Proven track record writing saved searches, SuiteQL, reports, analytics workbooks, and other Reporting and Analytics tools
• Ability to architect solutions for complex data migration requirements

• There are supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.

Working Environment and Physical Demands:

• This position is remote, and a portion of the day is spent sitting in a normal seated position with occasional walking and standing.
• Ability to travel is required but not always needed every month. On average Consultants can expect to travel up to 20%

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, MBA, CPA or similar preferred 
• Certifications: ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Certified Administrator, Financial User, SuiteCloud Developer I/II,  SuiteAnalytics certification (5 Preferred for this level)
• Celigo, Boomi, Zone, NetGain, or other Partner certifications encouraged 
• Minimum of 7 to 10+ Years of hands-on NetSuite technical architecture experience
