This is one of the most strategically critical roles at Racette Consulting. As the primary bridge between Racette and Oracle NetSuite, this person is directly responsible for fueling the company's growth - owning key alliance partnerships, driving the sales pipeline through field marketing, and building relationships with Private Equity firms, associations, and buying groups. They shape how the market sees Racette Consulting and are accountable for turning partnership activity into real revenue. This is a remote, full-time position requiring at least 6 years of NetSuite experience and a rare blend of strategic marketing savvy, deep ERP knowledge, and relationship-building excellence.

Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Act as the primary point of contact to manage and improve the Alliance Partnership with Oracle NetSuite
  • Manage all SuiteApps/SDN/Ecosystem relationships and increase partner referral commission payments
  • Drive sales pipeline through field marketing events with NetSuite, Associations, and all other Partners by managing logistics and follow-through to convert meetings into opportunities
  • Lead and nurture relationships with Private Equity, Associations, Advisory and Selection firms, and Buying Groups
  • Lead Marketing initiatives by creating customer success stories, co-branding marketing material for Racette Consulting’s website, blog posts, email newsletters, and creating strategic plans to proactively communicate these with the ecosystem
  • Strategically position Racette Consulting for Team Introduction meetings with NetSuite Sales teams both remotely and in-person
  • Act as the primary point of contact between NetSuite Alliance Manager and Racette Consulting
  • Track attribution of marketing and partnership activity to pipeline and Closed Won opportunities, reporting on impact to leadership
  • Meet regularly with Sales and Delivery leadership to report on attached pipeline metrics
  • Own the NetSuite Spotlight Awards submissions
  • All other duties as assigned by the Manager 


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Proven track record of establishing key partnerships and align company goals to a Go To Market Plan, ultimately resulting in bringing more sales opportunities to the company
  • Experience speaking to the core business processes of a NetSuite implementation: Order to Cash, Finance and Accounting, Procure to Pay, Items
  • Experience with NetSuite CRM and other Marketing Tools
  • Experience using AI to help with curated content creation, asset and graphic management
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to marketing plans and outbound
  • Ability to proactively create Marketing and Outbound plans for Go To Market strategies
  • Deep intellectual curiosity
  • Self-starter mentality, capable of creating strategic plans to grow company visibility and business development
  • Professional acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management skills
  • Ability to contribute to areas not directly involved with primary responsibilities
  • Experience and ability to work in high-paced environments and manage multiple projects.


 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will not immediately have direct reports, but may in the future.


WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • This position is remote, and a portion of the day is spent sitting in a normal seated position with occasional walking and standing.
  • Ability to travel is required, but not always needed every month. The maximum this role can expect to travel is 25%, or one week out of the month but varies based on projects.


MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Advertising, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, MBA, CPA or similar preferred 
  • Certifications: ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Certified Administrator, Financial User, SuiteAnalytics certification preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 6 years with direct NetSuite Consulting experience and/or Sales or Partner Management experience

Salary

$100,000 - $150,000 per year
