Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Technician

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- General knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and techniques

- Proficiency with hand and power equipment commonly used in landscape maintenance

- Effective communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

- Strong conflict resolution skills

- Ability to operate and control equipment safely and efficiently

Education and Experience:

Preferred:

- 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance

Required:

- Fluent in English

- Valid driver's license

- At least 18 years old

- No criminal record

Duties:

- Maintain customer landscapes, including lawns and beds, according to foremen/leads guidance

- Remove litter and debris from designated areas

- Use hand tools, power tools, and mowing equipment to complete assigned tasks

- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of equipment

- Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges

- Maintain cleanliness of company truck and trailer

- Adhere to uniform and PPE guidelines

- Follow all company policies and procedures

- Attend scheduled shifts punctually

- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

- Stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout shift

- Push and guide mower as needed

- Climb in and out of truck bed

- Carry buckets or bags weighing between 10 and 50 pounds

- Maneuver on foot in various site conditions

Work Environment:

- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
