Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Landscaping Installation Technician to join our team at R Silva Holdings. As a member of our landscaping crew, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of landscape installation, including site preparation, hardscape installation, planting, irrigation system installation, equipment operation, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in site preparation by clearing vegetation, debris, and rocks.
- Perform grading and leveling for proper drainage and contouring.
- Install hardscape elements such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls.
- Select and install plants based on design plans and environmental conditions.
- Assist in the installation of irrigation systems and conduct troubleshooting and repairs.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping installation or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of landscape plants, horticulture, and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with hardscape materials and construction methods.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems and installation.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks.

Salary
