Description
As a Landscape Foreman at R Silva Holdings, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of landscape crew members to ensure the successful execution of landscaping projects. You will work closely with clients, landscape designers, and project managers to plan and coordinate project activities, allocate resources, and monitor project progress. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to your team, maintaining quality standards, fostering client relationships, promoting safety compliance, managing budgets and resources, and maintaining accurate project documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a leadership position in the landscaping industry, strong knowledge of landscaping practices, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
