As an Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for handling various electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial properties. Your role will involve diagnosing electrical issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.



1. Electrical Installations and Repairs:

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment, including wiring, switches, outlets, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout and configuration of electrical systems.
  • Inspect electrical systems and identify issues or potential problems.
  • Diagnose electrical malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Install and connect wiring, conductors, and electrical components according to
  • electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Test electrical systems for proper functioning and safety.

2. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

  • Identify electrical issues and determine the root cause of problems.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose electrical system malfunctions.
  • Recommend appropriate repair solutions and explain them to clients.
  • Provide cost estimates for repairs, replacements, and installations.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to develop effective solutions.

3. Maintenance and Inspections:

  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and testing electrical equipment.
  • Recommend maintenance schedules and practices to clients to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of electrical systems.
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients on electrical system maintenance and care.

4. Compliance with Codes and Regulations:

  • Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, changes in electrical codes, and new electrical technologies.
  • Obtain necessary permits and inspections as required.

5. Safety and Risk Management:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself, team members, and clients.
  • Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times.

6. Customer Service:

  • Interact professionally with clients to understand their electrical needs and concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair processes, timelines, and any additional costs if applicable.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while working on-site.


  • Proven experience as an Electrical Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong background
  • in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical systems, fixtures, equipment, and tools.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform electrical tasks that may involve lifting, climbing,

  • Valid electrical license or certification is required.
