• Perform software and hardware integration testing.
• Execute interface testing between software platforms, upstream systems, and third-party applications.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before system go-live.
• Perform system validation, pressure testing, and data verification.
• Support server deployment and configuration.
• Create and maintain system maps and deployment documentation.
• Troubleshoot software and system integration issues during implementation.
• Provide on-site production support and operational maintenance after deployment.
• Work closely with engineering teams, customers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1+ year of experience in software testing, implementation, or system integration.
• Working knowledge of Linux command-line environments.
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States for customer projects.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse automation, robotics, WMS/WCS, AGVs, AMRs, or material handling systems.
• Experience supporting software deployment in production environments.
• Knowledge of networking and server configuration is a plus.
