Parts Associate Job Summary

We are searching for a Experienced Parts Associate to help our customers and employees get the replacement parts they need. Some of the duties involve ordering parts, receiving parts, inventory, pulling parts for customers and/or technicians, maintaining accurate inventory counts and updating work orders in a timely manner. Our ideal applicant must have several years of experience working with heavy equipment parts.

• Parts Associate Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer phone
• Take regular inventory and place orders when necessary
• Oversee the shipment of replacement parts
• Handle complex or pressing customer and employee issues
• Open, add parts and data and close work orders

Parts Associate Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Heavy equipment parts experience a must
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• This job does require a background check and an MVR
