Parts Associate Job Summary:

We are searching for an Experienced Parts Associate to help our customers and employees get the replacement parts they need. Some of the duties involve ordering parts, receiving parts, inventory, pulling parts for customers and/or technicians, maintaining accurate inventory counts and updating work orders in a timely manner. Our ideal applicant Must have several years of experience working with heavy equipment parts.

Parts Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order parts as needed for technicians/customers
• Physically check parts orders as they are delivered for accuracy and completeness
• Receive parts into the inventory system
• Distribute parts from inventory as needed
• Enter all distributed parts on appropriate work orders
• Take regular inventory and place stock orders when necessary

Parts Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• heavy equipment parts experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Strong organization skills
