We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting physicians in various medical procedures.

Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting any changes to the medical team

- Assist in medical procedures such as spinal taps and tube feedings

- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention

- Maintain accurate medical records following medical office standards

- Specialize in areas such as dementia care, neonatal ventilator support, and pediatric patient care

- Strong physiology knowledge to assess patient conditions accurately

- Experience in dementia care for specialized patient support

- Proficiency in performing spinal taps and tube feedings
