The Role

As a Floater, you will provide essential cleaning services at various locations, adapting to the needs of each site. Your flexibility and attention to detail will help maintain our reputation for quality service.

What You'll Do

- Perform cleaning tasks in a variety of settings, including offices, schools, and commercial buildings.

- Adapt to different work environments and schedules as needed.

- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning needs.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

- Assist in training new cleaning staff as needed.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
