Job description:

Overview

This job is located in Pemberville and Gibsonburg, OH, the hours are Monday & Thursday 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Carry out custodial duties in various settings including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or necessary repairs to management.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Perform industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently while completing assigned tasks.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and facility occupants.
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and safe environment for all users of the facility.
