About the Role:
As a consultant, you will participate in active client projects, supporting the project manager and subject matter experts. The expectation is that you will be able to complete tasks assigned by your project leaders, follow through on expected deadlines, and collaborate on client deliverables.
This role will be under the mentorship of a dedicated coach/manager and project leadership, all of whom are invested in nurturing and training you. It is an expectation that feedback can be received constructively and acted on in a timely and collaborative manner to enhance future growth opportunities for this individual.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take detailed, clear, action-oriented notes
- Communicate professionally with clients in-person, via email, and phone and on-camera
- Participate in client interviews, workshops, and presentations
- Coordinate follow-ups and actions between clients and project leaders
- Able to initiate client work product with supervision and support from project leaders
- Become knowledgeable in specific legal technology related to active projects (training will be provided)
- Develop client-facing deliverables and perform associated quality control
- Be willing to support internal operations of Qualitas’s growing business (marketing campaigns, operations, etc.)

Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, IT, or a related area, or at least 4 years of related work experience
- 4+ years’ experience in business process analysis
- Consulting experience on software implementations at Fortune 500 companies, preferably CRM, CLM, ERP, or ELM systems
- Expert understanding of MS Office, SharePoint, Visio, and Excel
- Proficient in Smartsheet & Jira
- Hands-on experience with CLM & ELM solutions
