About the Role
As an Analyst, you will support and participate in functional and technical projects for our clients. You will be provided with a range of project opportunities to develop your skills and interests while also building a strong foundation as a future leader in the consulting industry.
This role will primarily create and deliver written client work products. Still, you can hone business development skills by participating in RFPs, proposals, pitches, and partner and client development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Support workshops, legal technology implementations, system selections, and business process improvement projects for clients
- Learn legal operational processes (i.e., contract management, e-billing, matter management, document management, and/or legal hold)
- Work in a client-facing environment, helping them define their problems and present and implement recommended solutions
- Work collaboratively with Qualitas partners on shared projects; sharing information, risks, challenges, and solutions for the betterment of the client and project
- Work with the project team to develop creative and scalable solutions for our clients
- Collaborate on best practices and develop subject matter expertise in project management and management consulting for the legal industry
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings
- Willing to learn and expand business development skills; qualify leads and opportunities, and build and deliver proposals
- Experience in a client facing environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Hard working and innovative
- Ability to work with strict deadlines
- Desire to excel in consulting field
- Possess a great attitude and strives to create a work environment that is a positive experience for clients and team members
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (2-4 years corporate environment)
- Background with software implementation
- Some coursework or study in project management
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)
- Knowledge of Jira & Smartsheet a plus
