Position Overview

Quantify Specialty Care, a division of QRC Technical Services LLC, is seeking independently

licensed Counselors (LCSW or LPC/MHSP) to provide high-quality remote mental health services

to clients across multiple states. This contractor position offers flexibility, competitive compensation,

and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video or phone platforms

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals when appropriate

• Stay current with evidence-based practices and professional standards

• Ensure full compliance with ethical guidelines and telehealth regulations

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent licensure (LCSW or LPC/MHSP)

• Must be licensed in Tennessee (additional state licensure preferred)

• Ability to practice unsupervised in the state where services are delivered

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems

• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
