Quality Property Maintenance (QPM) specializes in providing comprehensive maintenance services for Homeowner's Associations (HOAs) in California. With over 30 years of experience, QPM is dedicated to helping HOAs maintain and enhance property values through efficient, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. Their services range from painting and stucco repair to termite damage remediation and graffiti removal. QPM's goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and peace of mind to association managers, board members, and community residents by addressing their unique maintenance needs with integrity and professionalism.

As a property repair technician with Quality Property Maintenance, you will work independently and as part of a team. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Working on multiple job sites per day as a service technician, using mobile phone Apps to track daily work procedures 

Qualifications and Requirements 

• Must have a working, insured vehicle 

• Must have a valid driver’s license 

• Must have basic hand and power tools 

• Must have experience working in construction or property maintenance that includes at least three of the following trades – 

• Carpentry 

• Electrical 

• Plumbing 

• Drywall 

• Stucco 

• Painting 

• Masonry 

• Concrete 

• Welding 

• Must have experience with the materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of houses, buildings, or other structures 

• Must be able to perform construction tasks involving physical labor and can lift up to 50 pounds
