- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA

- Collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions

- Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures as directed

- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking

Requirements:

- Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality

- Ability to follow medical documentation procedures accurately
