This remote position is for a Licensed Psychologist with a minimum of 2 years direct clinical experience, with evening availability, who is trauma-informed, momist, and knowledgeable and passionate about maternal support and collaborative care. Must have a Michigan License or be willing to obtain (if licensed in another state).
We are looking for remote clinicians who are licensed in Michigan or willing to obtain a Michigan license if licensed in another state. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of direct clinical experience and be able to hold a caseload of 18-24 clients per week with availability during both daytime and evening hours.
Our team of trauma-informed therapists specializes in working with issues such as depression, anxiety, birth trauma, grief, fertility challenges, relationship issues, and parenting stress. We provide outpatient individual and couples therapy for adults through remote sessions.
Candidates must have an unrestricted license in Michigan (LP). If you have an active and unrestricted license in another state and are willing to obtain your Michigan license, we encourage you to apply.

Clinicians are expected to participate in consultation with team members, commit to ongoing professional development, maintain updated client files and treatment plans, attend weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions, and contribute their skills and knowledge to the organization. All team members will have access to a clinical team for support.

Compensation will be based on a W2 split, with percentages determined by full-time vs part-time status and license level. Full-time clinicians will have a caseload of 18-24 clients per week, while part-time options are available with 15-17 clients per week.
