Honey for Moms is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to lead and support our team of clinicians in delivering exceptional mental health services to mothers.

This role involves holding a caseload of 10 clients while overseeing a team of up to 15 clinicians who have completed our comprehensive Honey Immersion, providing clinical supervision, logistical support, and fostering a collaborative environment. As a Honey Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping a compassionate and effective clinical team dedicated to supporting mental well-being.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of clinicians, ensuring high standards of care and promoting professional development.
  • Clinical Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to clinicians who require additional support, fostering their growth and enhancing their clinical skills.
  • Regular Check-Ins: Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with team members to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Team Meetings: Organize and lead regular team meetings to promote communication, share best practices, and ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the integration of new hires into the clinical team, helping them transition from the Honey Immersion into their roles effectively.
  • Logistical Support: Act as a liaison between the scheduling and administrative teams, facilitating communication and ensuring that clinicians have the support they need for smooth operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor clinical outcomes and provide feedback to clinicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinical Director and other leaders to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our clients and the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology/counseling; relevant licensure required (Licensed Professional Counselor/LPC) 
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
  • Supervisory training certification required
  • Strong understanding of the mental health challenges faced by mothers and families.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.


Salary

$75,000 - $130,000 per year
