• Knowledge of medical or scientific terminology preferred
• HIPAA and privacy guidelines followed at all times

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sterilize exam rooms and instruments
• Maintain stocked rooms
• Prepare exam rooms for visits and procedures
• Inform patients of opportunities and/or expectations regarding the charges for their visit
• Accurate and thorough documentation of patient triage, exam, and visit
• Assist provider during visit
• Adequately perform for both medical and aesthetic visit types
• Complete needs for referrals, results, lab orders, surgical specimen, prescriptions, etc.
• All other clinical and clerical duties needed to assist in office flow
• Engage with patients to develop comfortable relationships
• Provide post visit details and resources; be able to answer questions
• Effective picture taking and photo management
• Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure a positive patient experience
• Keep a tidy and organized workflow and workspace
• Assist with any other needs, as necessary, for providing excellent patient care
