Our team combines injectables, lasers, energy devices and medical grade skincare and treatments to give the most efficient and effective outcome. We strive to make patients continue to look like their “PURE selves” and not unnatural or overdone.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome patients and respond to questions by phone, email, and online.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers, following practice scheduling guidelines.
• Help patients prepare for visits, including collecting forms and keeping information up to date.
• Explain practice offerings, pricing, specials, and accepted rewards programs.
• Communicate with providers and teammates so patient needs are addressed and follow-up does not get lost.
• Keep the front desk and patient areas organized and welcoming.

What we’re looking for:

• A strong commitment to patient service, including when the day gets hectic.
• Clear, professional communication in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Close attention to detail and the ability to prioritize changing demands.
• Comfort using computers, phone systems, and new software.
• Respect for patient privacy and confidential information.
