You'll command the room with confidence, guiding groups of up to 25 clients through choreography while motivating them to push through each 50-minute class. ROLE DETAILS

Location: We are hiring Teachers for Pure Barre studio locations in Bellevue, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Capitol Hill, and Columbia Station.

Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Hours: Teachers are required to teach a minimum of 6 classes per week for the first 12 months of employment

Schedule: Early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays availability required


COMPENSATION & PERKS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Availability to teach a minimum of 6 classes per week for the first 12 months of employment (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Diligent planning and preparation before each class, including diligent study of choreography and class planning prior to each class, as well as learning full choreography changes on a quarterly basis
  • Assist with keeping the studio tidy
  • Ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate the Pure Barre Technique with proper form, and maintain high energy for a 50-minute class is required
  • All teachers are required to complete a Pure Barre-specific training before being eligible to teach

  • Musicality - ability to keep rhythm and count to the beat of music
  • Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading or barre concept (ideal but not required)
  • Authorization to work in the United States required
