Pool Cleaning Technician

Initially, you will assist with the pool maintenance for our customers until you are able to handle a route of 70 to 85 pools. During your training period, you will be instructed how to maintain the quality of service our customers expect for their pools.

Responsibilities:

• Test water chemistry and balance chemicals
• Clean pool filters
• Remove debris from pools
• Brush tile and walls
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at each customer's home
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Manage time properly in order to finish the route on time.
• Work outdoors in all weather
• Track all equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

- Previous experience as a pool technician or service technician preferred

- Knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and equipment

- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in pool maintenance

- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Pool cleaning: 1 year (Required)
