Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Project Manager with a creative mindset and strong expertise in agile and strategic project management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the lifecycle of our projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage the production, manufacturing, and distribution of our merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute projects using agile methodologies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize production and distribution workflows.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project integrity.
• Facilitate communication between design, production, and distribution teams to ensure alignment.
• Drive creative problem-solving and innovation within projects.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of project management experience in merchandise, trading card manufacturing, production, or distribution (strongly preferred).
• PMP or similar certification (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of agile project management principles and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative in-office environment.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
