Front Desk & Patient Support Coordinator
Pulse Community Care – Downtown Silver Spring, MD (On-Site)
Part-Time | $24–28/hr depending on experience

We’re Pulse — a traditional Chinese medicine and integrative care clinic devoted to deep listening and healing. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and people-loving human to join our front desk team.
This is not just a receptionist role. This is a patient care position — rooted in organization, clear communication, and the ability to track both tasks and emotional dynamics in a complex healing environment.
Some Things You’ll Be Responsible For
- Patient check-in/out, scheduling, and follow-up
- Insurance verification, claims submission, and billing follow-up
- Responding to emails and voicemails with warmth and accuracy
- Supporting smooth clinic flow and practitioner communication
- Tracking retention and referral patterns monthly
- Identifying weak spots and creating better systems
- Creating SOPs, training guides, or video walkthroughs for new admin hires
- Email creation and marketing support (graphic design skills a plus)

Hours & Pay
- 15–20 hrs/week to start, with room to grow
- $24–28/hour, to start, depending on experience and trial period performance
