Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal/Claims Manager Needed

Puget Law Group - a rapidly growing Tacoma personal injury and criminal defense firm (and one of WA State's fastest growing private companies) is searching for an experienced paralegal or case manager with an eye for detail and knowledge of Plaintiff personal injury.

We are looking for a highly skilled Personal Injury Paralegal with at least five years of experience in managing personal injury claims from intake to resolution. The ideal candidate would be highly experienced in all aspects of pre-litigation case management and would be comfortable writing demand letters and negotiating with insurance companies on settlements. This team member would also need to be comfortable communicating with clients on a regular basis and be able to shift priorities as needed and with tight turn around. This team member would need to have excellent time management, be a self-starter, and have excellent attention to detail. This team member may also need to assist the litigation paralegal with a litigation caseload as needed. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of litigation filings/deadlines, MAR, trial procedures, and trial document preparation in state and federal courts.

You will be supporting a dynamic team of knowledgeable support staff and a PI attorney who is well respected in the area and the practice space. We are looking for an individual who wants to contribute to a fun, collaborative, energetic space and environment. This is a high energy, fast paced office that is fueled by a team culture.

This position is full time (40/wk.). Because of our desire to be a collaborative team, this individual must be willing to be in office full time. Knowledge of MS Office/Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Clio, and FileVine (or similar CMS software) is a must.
