After having major back surgery in 2011, Micky Clement was looking forward to starting a new chapter in his life. When his father, Michael Clement, approached him about a local towing company for sale, Micky took this as the opportunity he had been waiting for! Michael had decades of experience as a business consultant, a DISC Personality Profile Analyst, a Sales Trainer, and a pastor. Micky had worked over 13 years in the automotive supply industry. Combining Micky’s knowledge of the automotive industry with Michael’s customer relations expertise was the perfect recipe for success. Fast forward over one decade and Puddle Jumper Towing is known for their five star customer service and quality towing! Michael is now Wreckmaster 8/9R certified, a commercial driver, and a trainer for the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Traffic Incident Management (TIM) program. Micky is also WreckMaster 8/9R certified. This father-son duo can be found riding their motorcycles whenever they get the chance to!

Puddle Jumper Towing & Recovery is looking to add a tow truck operator to represent our company. We are proud to work closely with local law enforcement agencies. Serving our community is something that is highly valued within our operation.

We are in search of someone who is/has:

-Eager to learn

-Clean driving record

-Can pass a background check

-Can pass a DOT drug screening

-Current CDL

-Available to work on call

-Available to work weekends, & holidays

For this position, the selected candidate will be expected to operate a variety of trucks and equipment for light duty, medium, and heavy duty tows and/or recoveries.

Puddle Jumper Towing and Recovery is owned by two of Oregon's most highly certified and knowledgeable operators. With that being said, towing experience is desired but not required. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

Compensation will be dependent on experience.
