This is a lead position for an experienced integration engineer in Santa Barbara, CA. We are looking for a team member comfortable with a start-up environment to drive progress towards high-yield high-throughput manufacturing of PseudolithIC’s heterogeneous integration technology.
Experience
•PhD level +2 years of industry experience (or MS with 5 years of industry experience)
•5 years’ experience in processing of semiconductor wafers (CMOS, or III-V devices, or MEMS, or Advanced Packaging)
•Experience developing new semiconductor process blocks
•Strong fundamentals in multi-physics (electrical, mechanical, chemistry)
•Demonstrated proficiency with CAD layout software
•Experience with RF devices and characterization techniques preferred
•Experience with statistical analysis software desired
•People and project management skills desirable
•Strong leadership potential
Duties
The role will be critical in the development of PseudolithIC's RF Heterogeneous Integration platform, and will consist of:
1) Wafer processing in cleanroom (Documentation, Process, Test, Troubleshooting)
2) Project and people management
3) Selection and qualification of manufacturing equipment
4) Design and layout
5) Being safety-minded at all times.
Salary (+bonus) is dependent on experience of the candidate.
