• Hands-on work experience: Proficiency with process scale-up, yield analysis and improvement, reliability testing, failure analysis.

- knowledge of RF electronics

• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., JUMP) and programming (e.g., Python)

-     Experience with reliability testing

-     Experience with chip packaging is a plus

The role will be central to the qualification of PseudolithIC's RF Heterogeneous Integration platform.  The Senior Integration Engineer will be primarily responsible for developing testing and process models in support of yield engineering, failure analysis, and reliability. A hands-on process engineering approach is needed to scale up the semiconductor process while developing yield and reliability experiments, running tests (and/or working with vendors), analyzing and reporting data. The role will employ automation of experiments and data collection to establish statistical models and understand interactions between the devices, the heterogeneous integration process, and the packages. The team member will be part of the manufacturing team and will work closely with the design and testing teams. This is a highly hands-on and self-starter role.
