Your responsibilities will include: 

• Lead D365 Finance & Operations solution design to align with business objectives and best practices, leveraging Copilot-enabled Dynamics 365 F&O solutions with embedded AI to enhance financial and operational workflows. 
• Convert complex requirements into scalable architectures that incorporate AI-assisted capabilities for insights, forecasting, exception management, and informed decision-making. 
• Guide functional and development teams technically throughout projects, including advising on standard Copilot features or custom/Power Platform AI extensions, and collaborating on secure, scalable Power Platform and Azure AI integrations. 
• Oversee integration with external systems using Azure and industry patterns, ensuring AI complements connectivity and interoperability. 
• Set and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards, establishing AI governance—including data readiness, access control, responsible use, and monitoring—to support reliable insights and measurable value. 
• Run stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and present options, mapping business goals to AI-driven solutions in line with data and compliance needs. 
• Support pre-sales through envisioning, estimation, and proposals that highlight AI-driven opportunities and value addition. 
• Mentor teams and champion architectural best practices by integrating AI technologies and fostering adoption of Copilot capabilities. 
• Ensure deployment, adoption, and optimization of D365 solutions, driving widespread AI adoption and maximizing solution effectiveness. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 8+ years in solution architecture, consulting, or technical leadership, including 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and a track record designing and delivering AI-enabled D365 F&O solutions that integrate Copilot capabilities for enterprise operations. 
• Extensive experience delivering D365 F&O solutions across industries, applying advanced AI features to enhance operations and decision-making. 
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, and related modules, with the ability to assess AI readiness and leverage automation to support business goals. 
• Proficient with Azure services and cloud architecture, collaborating with Power Platform and Azure teams to extend F&O functionality through integrated AI solutions. 
• Skilled in solution management, ALM, and DevOps for D365 F&O, incorporating AI capabilities throughout the application lifecycle. 
• Expertise in security, compliance, and data governance within Microsoft environments, ensuring responsible and risk-aware adoption of AI technologies. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, guiding stakeholders in AI-assisted decision-making by balancing actionable insights, automation, and risk. 
• Preferred: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-700, Solution Architect Expert). 

Bonus Points For 

• Experience with integrations between D365 F&O and other Microsoft or third-party applications. 
• Familiarity with Power Platform and Dataverse for extending F&O capabilities. 
• Experience supporting sales pursuits and proposal development. 
• Experience collaborating on custom AI extensions (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection, operational insights) using Azure AI under strict governance. 
• Thought leadership in the Microsoft Business Applications community.
