Your responsibilities will include: 

• Lead the architecture of D365 CE solutions, ensuring business alignment, best practices, and integrating Copilot-enabled features with embedded AI in workflows. 
• Convert complex requirements into scalable solution designs, leveraging Copilot capabilities or custom AI agents where applicable. 
• Guide development teams technically throughout projects, including mentoring on architecture and delivery best practices that incorporate AI-driven patterns for productivity, insights, automation, and engagement. 
• Manage integrations with external systems using Power Platform and Azure, collaborating on Copilot Studio and Azure AI designs while providing guidance and guardrails. 
• Set and maintain governance, security, and compliance standards, enforcing AI governance encompassing data, security, responsible AI, and operational monitoring. 
• Run workshops to gather requirements and present solutions, mapping business objectives to both traditional and AI-enhanced approaches. 
• Support pre-sales with envisioning, estimation, proposals, and shaping AI-led solution visions, use cases, and estimates. 
• Ensure effective deployment, adoption, and optimization of D365 CE solutions, driving AI adoption so Copilot tools are trusted and impactful. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Over 8 years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership, including 5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, with proven delivery of complex D365 CE solutions across industries and expertise designing AI-enabled Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions. 
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, integration methods, and Dynamics 365 Copilot across business functions, capable of defining solutions with Copilot Studio and ensuring proper integration and governance. 
• Skilled with Azure services and cloud architecture, adept at balancing business value, technical feasibility, and responsible AI initiatives. 
• Strong expertise in solution management, ALM, and DevOps for D365 CE, able to lead teams on AI readiness covering data, process, and change management while maintaining best practices. 
• Comprehensive understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in Microsoft environments. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. 
• Preferred: Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600). 

Bonus Points For 

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, or industry accelerators. 
• Experience leading AI‑enabled solution delivery using Dynamics 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power BI. 
• Experience supporting sales pursuits and proposal development. 
• Thought leadership in the Microsoft Business Applications community.
