Your responsibilities will include: 

• Design, develop, and customize D365 CE solutions using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI-enabled features such as Copilot, AI Builder, and embedded workflows for summarization, classification, extraction, and intelligent decision-making. 
• Implement PCF controls and interactive user experiences, including AI-driven enhancements through Copilot Studio topics, actions, and integrations. 
• Build and maintain plugins, workflows, entities, and integrations, leveraging Azure AI services via APIs, Functions, and event-driven patterns where beneficial. 
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with architects and analysts, ensuring Copilot and AI use cases are effectively aligned to business needs. 
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, including tuning and testing AI-powered features for reliability and user trust. 
• Mentor junior developers, contribute to documentation and best practices, and promote effective adoption of AI capabilities across Dynamics 365 CE solutions. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 7+ years in software development—including 5+ years on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE—with a strong background in data migration, management, reporting, and thriving in agile environments. 
• Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and skilled with Power Platform (Power Automate, Model Driven & Canvas Apps), including building Copilot-enhanced apps, plugins, and automations for Dynamics 365 CE. 
• Deep experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus), REST APIs, OData, and system integration, with successful integrations of LLMs and AI services into D365 CE using Azure Functions, APIs, and secure authentication. 
• Solid knowledge of Dataverse, solution management, ALM, and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) for D365 CE; developed agents in Copilot Studio leveraging Dataverse grounding and comprehensive testing. 
• Implemented AI Builder models for document processing, prediction, and classification to augment Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. 

Bonus Points For 

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service or Customer Service modules. 
• Understanding of security models, compliance, and data governance in D365 CE 
• Hands-on experience building or extending AI-powered solutions using Dynamics 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder. 
• Familiarity with Power BI integration and data pipelines (Dataflows, Synapse Link, Fabric) 
• Familiarity working with Power Pages 
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600). 
• Experience integrating custom AI models or Azure AI Foundry workloads (nice-to-have).
