Your responsibilities will include: 

• Lead requirements sessions, translate business needs into functional specifications, and analyze processes for integration with Dynamics 365 modules, including Copilot-powered functionalities. 
• Configure, customize, and validate D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, CIJ), seamlessly incorporating Copilot features such as summarization, case insights, lead prioritization, and customer interaction support in line with client processes. 
• Document business workflows, user stories, and ensure process fit for both D365 and Copilot Studio scenarios, offering functional insight on intents and data. 
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, conduct end-user training, and provide ongoing support to drive adoption of both D365 and Copilot capabilities, including prompt guidance and change management. 
• Advise clients on best practices for D365 CE and responsible AI use, focusing on data readiness, process alignment, and user expectations. 
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to deliver integrated requirements as designed, supporting data migration, integration, and functional reporting across D365 and Copilot solutions. 
• Stay updated on Microsoft features and enhancements relevant to D365 CE and Copilot, ensuring optimal solution design and deployment. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Over 5 years as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst, including 3+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, and practical experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing. 
• Skilled in D365 CE Sales, Customer Service, and CIJ (Marketing) module setup, with deep understanding of sales, customer service, marketing processes, and how Copilot enhances workflows, decisions, and productivity. 
• Experienced in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and defining requirements, acceptance criteria, and metrics for Copilot/AI features. 
• Proficient in configuring Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, complemented by hands-on Copilot Studio implementation—covering topics, scenarios, testing, and refinement. 
• Demonstrates excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities, guiding clients on best prompting and AI-assisted work practices. 
• Team-oriented and collaborative across functions; Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-210, MB-230, MB-220) preferred. 

Bonus Points For 

• Experience with data migration and integration projects. 
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics. 
• Experience delivering AI-enabled functional solutions using Dynamics 365 Copilot, AI Builder, or Copilot Studio. 
• Experience in Agile project environments.
