Project Manager:

The Project Manager (PM) role is the main point of contact with the client and ultimately responsible for communicating timelines, milestones, and facilitating the resolution of any concerns or issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Analyst:

The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for understanding and documenting the needs, challenges, and goals of our clients in order to effectively communicate detailed requirements to the Solutions Architect/Technical Lead in order to implement custom Salesforce solutions.

Solution Architect:

The Solutions Architect must have a strong understanding of and experience implementing projects on the Salesforce platform and will lead the project team on the configuration and development of the appropriate solution for the client needs and project scope.

Technical Architect :

The Technical Architect will lead the technical aspects of projects and must have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. Strong candidates will be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously and possess good interpersonal skills.

Salesforce Consultant:

The Consultant is responsible for generating a relationship with the client as well as having a clear and deep understanding of the solution. The Consultant has a deep focus on the success of the client and resulting implementation. They focus on optimizing the solution and forging a successful user experience.
