We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Care Aide to join our care team in Santa Rosa. You’ll provide direct support to seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live comfortably and safely at home.

Providential Fijian Home Care provides compassionate, culturally centered in-home care for seniors and adults with developmental disabilities throughout Sonoma County. We are a mission-driven team dedicated to dignity, independence, and personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Prepare meals and support dietary needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and medication reminders
- Document care notes and report any changes to supervisors
- Collaborate with family members and case managers as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience as a caregiver preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background check and TB test required
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Able to lift or transfer up to 50 lbs safely
- Able to speak and understand english

Salary
$20 - $25 per hour
