Full Desk Recruiter
Provide is looking for a talented Account Manager / Executive Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for selling Provide's contract and direct hire services and managing a full recruiting desk.
Candidates must have a strong background in agency recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding senior-level candidates.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing, energy, and engineering industries.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive recruiter, specializing in senior-level roles within manufacturing, energy, and engineering.
- Proficiency in executive search techniques and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple searches concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- 7+ years of successful experience in the staffing industry with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in full-desk recruiting.
$50,000 - $300,000 per year
