Job Summary:

·      We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Servicing Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

·      As the Servicing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing servicing of PROVE’s medical receivables, plaintiff advances, and attorney litigation cost loans.

·      Your primary responsibilities will include:

o  Obtaining case status updates from representing law firms at least once every 90 days;

o  Investigating cases after we receive notification that the representing law firm no longer represents the plaintiff’s case;

o  Providing balance verifications and statements upon request to representing law firms; and

o  Completing insurance audits.

·      The Servicing Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of Servicing Specialists and Calling Specialists to provide exceptional customer service and achieve PROVE’s KPIs.

·      Exceptional customer service is paramount in this role. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

 

Job Duties:

·      Management of Team:

o  Managing a remote team of Servicing and Calling Specialists, overseeing their daily tasks, ensuring accountability, and driving performance

·      Case Status Updates:

o  Obtain case status updates at least once every 90 days from representing law firms

·      Case Investigation:

o  Investigate cases that are no longer represented by law firms

o  Investigate settlement payments that have been sent to the wrong recipient

·      Balance Verifications and Statements:

o  Provide accurate balance verifications and statements promptly upon request

·      Insurance Audits:

o  Complete thorough insurance audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

Professional Experience:

·      Prior experience in loan servicing or collections required

Technical:

·      Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

·      Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Teams, Word, Zoom Video Conferencing, Adobe, and Microsoft teams.
