As the Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Bulk Purchase and Lien Servicing, your primary mission is to support PROVE in becoming the dominant provider nationally within the next three years. You will be responsible for managing our existing bulk purchase accounts with medical providers nationwide, ultimately driving the maintenance, customer satisfaction, and growth of our business. Your role will encompass a core focus on managing existing customers, building client relationships, and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to maintain an industry-leading lien funding and lien servicing platform that provides an exceptional customer experience.
Core Focus: Bulk Purchase and Lien Servicing Opportunity Management
Secondary Focus: Product & Platform Development
Associate’s degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, organizational leadership or a related field.
