Position Overview:

As the Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Bulk Purchase and Lien Servicing, your primary mission is to support PROVE in becoming the dominant provider nationally within the next three years. You will be responsible for managing our existing bulk purchase accounts with medical providers nationwide, ultimately driving the maintenance, customer satisfaction, and growth of our business. Your role will encompass a core focus on managing existing customers, building client relationships, and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to maintain an industry-leading lien funding and lien servicing platform that provides an exceptional customer experience.


Core Focus: Bulk Purchase and Lien Servicing Opportunity Management

  • Create and implement strategies to manage and serve existing clients effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients.
  • Grow our existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure positive brand reputation.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for bulk purchase and lien servicing clients that are originated by the PROVE Sales Team and Brokers.
  • Work hand in hand with Bulk Purchase deal origination and execution team to ensure a smooth handoff to customer success.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure full client onboarding and ensure clients know how to work with PROVE.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills throughout the sales cycle to assist Director of Medical Funding and Director of Portfolio Purchasing.
  • Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Structure and execute quarterly business reviews with all bulk purchase customers.

Secondary Focus: Product & Platform Development

  • Assist cross-departmental teams in architecting, developing, and executing the industry-leading lien funding and lien servicing platform.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish operational capabilities, including workflow, vendor procurement, system implementation, and team training.
  • Provide solvent feedback to the Vice President of Sales and Bulk Purchase team and deeply understand what our clients want

Skillsets Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong understanding behavioral marketing and how to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to pivot quickly to solve problems.
  • Cross-functional leadership support experience.
  • Willingness to travel to client markets if needed.
  • Experience using cloud-based CRMs such as SalesForce, HubSpot, and or Outreach
  • Ability to work East Coast hours 

Education Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, organizational leadership or a related field.

Experience Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or customer success roles
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Understanding of financial structures, including but not limited to, how a deal is structured, calculating percentages and interest rates
  • High proficiency in excel including manipulating data, ability to do formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, countifs, sumifs, etc.
  • Experience selling products / services to law firms and or medical providers strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare and or the personal injury space a plus
