Responsibilities – Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Provide individual psychotherapy to adults under clinical supervision Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and assist with diagnostic formulation Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a clinical supervisor Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed approaches) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR Participate in weekly clinical supervision (individual and/or group) in accordance with Virginia Board requirements Adhere to ethical standards, HIPAA compliance, and confidentiality requirements Collaborate with supervisor on case consultation and treatment planning Engage in ongoing professional development and training

  • Provide individual psychotherapy to adults under clinical supervision
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and assist with diagnostic formulation
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a clinical supervisor

Salary

$30 - $45 per hour
