Protect Each One Consulting LLC is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker Clinical (LMSW) in Alabama to provide high-quality, trauma-informed mental health services under clinical supervision in a flexible telehealth or hybrid setting.

Compensation: Pay is based on completed therapy sessions, caseload size, and employment structure

Job Summary

Protect Each One Consulting LLC is hiring a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Alabama to provide trauma-informed mental health services under the supervision of a Board-approved LCSW.

This position is ideal for an LMSW seeking to gain clinical hours toward independent licensure while receiving high-quality supervision, mentorship, and support within a growing group practice.

Responsibilities – Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults under clinical supervision
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and assist with diagnostic formulation
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a clinical supervisor
• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed approaches)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision (individual and/or group) in accordance with Alabama Board requirements
• Adhere to ethical standards, HIPAA compliance, and confidentiality requirements
• Collaborate with supervisor on case consultation and treatment planning
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress-related concerns
• Interest in working with military, first responders, or high-performing professionals
• Training or exposure to CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused approaches
• Interest in workplace mental health and burnout prevention
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
