Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: First Shift / Project-Based

Work Environment: On-Site / Field-Based

About ProScore Technologies

At ProScore Technologies, we’re helping transform how renewable energy, infrastructure, and construction organizations manage workforce and labor compliance.

ProScore provides a dedicated compliance platform built for Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship tracking across IRA, OBBB, and Davis-Bacon projects. Through real-time dashboards, automated reporting, centralized workforce records, and greater visibility into project activity, we help our partners simplify complex compliance requirements and keep their projects audit-ready.

But ProScore is about more than technology. We believe in helping people get started, develop their skills, advance through training, and build meaningful careers that create lasting opportunities for themselves and their families.

The Opportunity

ProScore Technologies is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Site Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day activities on an active renewable energy/construction project.

In this role, you will work closely with on-site project leadership to help keep workforce compliance activities, documentation, attendance, and daily administrative operations organized and running smoothly. You’ll serve as an important connection between the field workforce, compliance support, and project leadership, helping ensure information is accurate, and daily compliance project activities remain on track.

This is not a traditional desk-only administrative position. You’ll be working in an active project environment and should be comfortable supporting both office and field-related activities as needed.

Prior construction, renewable energy, or solar experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are equally interested in individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with people, and eager to build a career within the renewable energy and infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily workforce check-in, timekeeping, and employee clock-in/clock-out activities.
  • Track daily attendance and follow up with subcontractors and field personnel regarding absences, late arrivals, or missing information.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute project-specific daily reports and documentation.
  • Organize, file, and maintain project and workforce-related paperwork.
  • Assist with employee and contractor orientation activities.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to on-site project leadership.
  • Help maintain an organized, professional, and safe field-office environment.
  • Communicate professionally with employees, contractors, project leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with workforce documentation and data entry using various platforms, Microsoft Office and other project systems.
  • Identify missing information or documentation and proactively follow up to help keep project records current.
  • Support additional project, workforce, or site operations activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with field employees, contractors, supervisors, and project leadership.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to learn new technology, workforce systems, and project-specific processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Construction, solar, renewable energy, or field operations experience is preferred but not required.
  • Previous administrative, project coordination, workforce coordination, or operations support experience is a plus.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, communicate, and work for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift approximately 10–25 pounds when needed, but not constant.
  • Comfortable working in both field-office and outdoor construction environments.
  • Must be prepared to work in varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, or inclement weather.
  • Appropriate job-site attire, including steel- or composite-toe footwear and weather-appropriate clothing, may be required.
  • Must be willing to work extended days and occasional weekends based on project requirements.
  • Must be able to satisfy applicable project, safety, or screening requirements.
